This is the closest you'll get to an introduction. I always find it weird when people meet me for the first time in the wild and know more about me than I know about them.

My name is Andrew - that's probably already more than I should share on a geocities-ass website, but it does happen to be my name. On IRWT and Discord more broadly I go by Masterblaster. I chose that name over a decade ago, for no particular reason. If you want to get at me about anything, Discord is probably your best option. You may hear from people that I am on Instagram, but I am basically totally inactive. I hate using my phone.

I have been hobby-modelling, kitbashing, and wargaming since about 2007 in one way or another. It sounds better to say something like "20 years", but that number is going to change.

I live in North Carolina, and recently I have started travelling to go to wargaming conventions, including some where Ive been hosting narrative events.

I have a good enough job in a boring enough industry that I will probably never do what I love for money, which I dont really mind. However, you probably shouldnt expect me to monetize or sell anything I make - for me, its more trouble than its worth. That doesnt mean you cant HMU for copies of files, packets, or anything else I have that you might want.

If you like an idea I have, please steal it - you have my permission. If any of this counts as art, I wont hold the medium back by demanding my name stay on my ideas. It is my dream that some day all of my implementations are surpassed by someone else. That would mean that a thing I enjoy has endured and evolved, which is about all anyone can ask for.
